Please read this agreement carefully before using Fast VPN's automatic renewal service.

Fast VPN Auto-Renewal Service Agreement

1. Confirm and accept the terms of service

When you turn on the automatic renewal function, your use will be deemed as your consent to the service.

2. Ownership and right of use

The ownership of all network services and intellectual property rights related to the automatic renewal service belong to us according to law. Your use of the automatic renewal service does not automatically enjoy any or all of the aforementioned rights.

If you cannot accept our adjustments to the User Agreement and this Agreement, please terminate the use of the relevant services, especially the automatic renewal service.

3. Types of automatic renewal services

The automatic renewal services we provide include weekly subscriptions, monthly subscriptions and annual subscriptions, and we will continue to add new automatic renewal services based on user needs.

4. Service Description

4.1

This service is designed to meet your automatic renewal needs to avoid service interruptions. After you turn on the automatic renewal service, you authorize us to deduct the fees for the next billing cycle from your bound payment account when your membership is about to expire.

4.2

You need to ensure that there is enough balance in your account so that we can successfully deduct money. If the renewal fails due to insufficient account balance, you will be responsible for it.

4.3

If an error occurs during the deduction process, you and we should work closely to find out the cause and each bear the loss caused by its own fault.

4.4

The services we provide are limited to use on the platform. Payments outside the platform are not included in the scope of this agreement.

5. Activate the automatic renewal service

iOS Device Activation:

If you turn on the service from an iOS device, it is deemed that you have authorized us to deduct the service fee for the next billing cycle from your iTunes account balance when your membership is about to expire.

You are responsible for regularly checking and ensuring that there is sufficient balance in your account to meet the requirements of the automatic renewal service.

6. Validity period of automatic renewal service

Unless otherwise specified by the platform, the automatic renewal service you receive will be valid for a long time.

If you choose not to cancel the automatic renewal service, it is deemed that you agree to make irregular deduction attempts in accordance with this agreement.

Important: When you choose to use the automatic renewal service, the fee will be charged through your default payment method. We will not refund the fees you paid in any way.

7. Unsubscribe from the automatic renewal service

You can choose to unsubscribe from this service.

Steps to turn off the automatic renewal service:

  1. Click "Manage Current Subscription" or the automatic renewal product you turned on through Apple ID
  2. "iTunes Store and App Store"
  3. "Apple ID"
  4. "View Apple ID"
  5. Click "Subscription"
  6. Cancel subscription on the account settings page

Tip: Canceling the automatic renewal plan will not affect your current membership. Membership will no longer be renewed after expiration.

8. Expiration date and termination of the agreement

This agreement will take effect after you choose to accept or use the service until it is terminated due to termination of the service/revocation of membership.
